CASPER: COVID-19 Public Health Survey
The Minnesota Department of Health is doing a study to learn more about the impacts of COVID-19 in Minnesota. This study includes public health workers going door-to-door in certain neighborhoods. If a public worker approaches your house, they will ask you if you want to participate in a COVID-19 study. They will never ask you for your social security or credit card number. Any information they do collect will remain private. Visit https://www.health.state.mn.us/diseases/coronavirus/casper.html for more information.
