Development/Redevelopment of parkland or recreational facilities in Steele County. Project must be of a capital improvement nature. Not intended for assistance in the maintenance of equipment or facilities. |

Municipalities, townships, private organizations in Steele County. |
| Level of Assistance |
Up to $5000.00 is available per fiscal year. Amount awarded depends on the scope of the project, other sources of funding, and participants in the project. |

Funding comes from the Steele County Park and Recreation Department budget. |

Completed application must be submitted to the Steele County Park and Recreation Department. A presentation to the Steele County Park and Recreation Board is required. Application deadline is November 1. Applicants will be notified February 15 regarding their funding request. |
