TRUTH IN TAXATION INFORMATION
The Treasurer's office is located on the first floor of the Steele County Administration Center at 630 Florence Ave.
The Treasurer's office handles the receipt of all Real Estate Taxes, Mobile Home Taxes, State Deed Taxes on property transfers and Mortgage Registry Tax on mortgages filed in Steele County.
Real Estate Tax Statements are mailed in late March with payments due first half on May 15th and second half on October 15th.
Mobile Home Tax Statements are mailed in mid-July with payments due first half on August 31st and second half on November 15th.
