• Certificate of Pre-marital Education (if applying for reduced fee license)

Fees

• $40.00 with certificate of pre-marital education
• $115.00 without pre-marital education

Notary Public

• Photo I.D.
• Notary Commission Certificate
• $20.00 for recording notary commission
