Child and Teen Checkups (C&TC) Program Comprehensive health care for children and teens, birth through age 20, who are enrolled in medical assistance (e.g. South Country Health Alliance, UCare, Blue Plus, Medica) or MinnesotaCare. |

Family Connections Program A home-based parenting program for expectant women and families with children 0-3 months. Program works with multi-stressed overburdened families of children until they graduate the program with their children, usually when the child reaches 3-5 years of age.

Follow Along Program Computerized developmental screening is offered to children birth to 36 months - no cost to program participants. |

Maternal Child Health Program (MCH) Offers counseling, nursing services, education for pregnant moms, new moms, babies and chronically ill children. |

WIC Program Provides nutrition education and supplemental foods for pregnant or breastfeeding women and for infants and children up to 5 years of age. Eligibility is based on income and medical need. |

Counseling and educational opportunities are available for young parents.
Family aid is offered for parents with special needs.
