Recyclable Materials

Participation in Steele County’s residential recycling program is free for any home in Steele County.  Small businesses may also recycle the same materials accepted in the residential recycling program by bringing recyclable materials to one of the seven recycling drop off sites located throughout Steele County.  Click here for detailed information about what is collected in Steele County’s curbside collection program that is offered to residents living in all four cities of Steele County.  The website also lists the curbside recycling pick up schedule and locations of the seven recycling drop off sites situated throughout the county.  Recycling bins are provided free of charge upon request.  Click here for the locations at which the recycling bins can be picked up.
