Civil Division involves areas of disputes of parties concerning contacts, personal injury, condemnation, and foreclosure.

Other Civil areas are legal change of name, minor settlements and maintaining of trust funds for benefit of minors, and collection of debts transcribed from Conciliation Court as well as cases initiated in District court.

Writs of Execution are issued for garnishment of wages or property for settlement of debts.
