The County Coordinator's Office coordinates the administration of all departments of Steele County government as delegated by the Board of Commissioners. This office has the responsibility of assuring that all orders, resolutions and regulations of the County Board are properly executed. 

This office is also the Human Resources Office for the county, which involves personnel issues, labor negotiations, and employment opportunities.
