MARRIAGE LICENSE & FEES
Both applicants must be at the office no later than 4:30 p.m.
(Monday – Friday)
Bring the following items with you:
- Photo I.D.
- Divorce Judgment or Death Certificate if previously married
- Certificate of Pre-marital Education (if applying for reduced fee license)
Fees
- $40.00 with certificate of pre-marital education
- $110.00 without pre-marital education
NOTARY PUBLIC
Bring the following items with you:
- Photo I.D.
- Notary Commission Certificate
- $100.00 for recording notary commission
